A magical evening unfolds as we enter
the Sarasota Yacht Club,
exquisitely decorated for the holidays.
The Grand Foyer resounds throughout
with holiday music.
We have arrived just in time to enjoy the
gorgeous views of Sarasota Bay
as we greet old friends and meet new ones
at a cocktail reception.
At dusk,
the festively decorated boats in the marina
suddenly come to life
as they light up all at once
casting colorful reflections across the bay.
The aroma of our luscious holiday dinner,
carefully planned and prepared by the club's chef,
draws us into the elegant
Ringling Dining Room
overlooking the gaily lit marina and bay.
The incomparable cuisine
and impeccable service
of the Sarasota Yacht Club
affords the most enjoyable holiday dining.
A selection of three entrees
is being offered:
Salmon with a Cranberry Sauce,
Chef's Specialty Beef Short Ribs
or Chicken Oscar.
Everyone's favorite musician,
Dan, a one-man band,
will be on hand to entertain us
with the music of this magical season
as we dine
and then play music for dancing
following dinner.
Having been an
international champion ballroom dancer
many times over,
Dan knows how to play
the - most - danceable music.
Evening Attire Suggested
Price includes exclusive use of this prestigious club,
a 3-course gourmet dinner, entertainment, dancing, a professional photographer on hand to capture the evening, valet parking,
tax and gratuity.
There will be a cash bar
(literally, as the SYC does not accept credit cards from nonmembers)
